These long-lasting deer antler treats from are as natural as natural can get. The deer antlers are renewable resources in nature. They come from U.S. free-range wild (not farm raised) white tail deer, mule deer and elk. No deer were harmed in any way to obtain these treats. In fact, there is a growing industry of “gatherers” collecting these items in the heavily deer populated Rocky Mountains. Once the antlers fulfill their purpose for the animal, they fall off naturally. New antlers then grow in their place. One of the fastest-growing tissues known to science—growing about one-half inch per day during the deer’s peak development period—antlers have a “velvet” covering rich in oxygen and calcium the deer have stored in their bones throughout the year. Once these antlers are collected, (no processing is needed) they are merely cut to size and packaged.

Each Antler is cleaned and cut. The tips are grinded so that there are no sharp ends.
