Dogs love to search and snoop for their food. They like the hunt for their food to challenge their brains. In nature they are forced to devote a large part of their time to hunting and searching for food. This innate problem solving ability is often underused as dogs are given their food in a bowl. The Aikiou (pronounced IQ) bowl was developed to put a challenge back into eating. The food is hidden inside the compartments in the bowl. Your dog can reach the food by sliding open the doors or spinning the central wheel. Allowing your dog to exercise his problem solving skills will be fun and rewarding for him and it will help deter any behaviors that may occur when his becomes bored.
